Symptomatic Celiac

I was really impressed by their knowledge of celiac and and gluten intolerance. Our server was able to help us figure out everything that was gf on the menu and even offered gf soy sauce - this is the first time I’ve been offered this and admittedly the thought makes me happy since hardly anyone carries it. Great sushi but if you plan on ordering a lot then I’d recommend the chef selected platters over choosing specific rolls.

Server Tachi was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and was able to let us know which dishes were GF and provided GF soy sauce. The restaurant made sure to be extra careful with cross contamination.
