We stayed in Fairbanks two nights after staying at on site “glamping resort” and ate dinner twice here.
No issues, we told the cashier we were both GF and DF due to allergies and they took care of the rest.
Both of us are very sensitive to cross contamination and we did not feel sick or have a reaction either visit.

Cute place with gf labeled! They were familiar with celiac, and even had dessert and GF. Fast and good.
The staff were friendly. Told them I had Celiac and they immediately told me a lot of people with Celiac come in and if you need it gluten free it will be gluten free without issue. I ordered the burger with cheese and bacon on a gf bun and my non-gf husband ordered the BLT with Salmon. The burger was juicy and the gf bun was good. The fries that you can get are made with bacon fat salt and they did not disappoint. The portions were big. They also offer gf desserts.
Everything was delicious. Celiac safe. Many options. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our group of four Had fries (dedicated fryer), grilled cheese sandwich, veggie sandwich, Mac and Cheese, soup, chips and salsa and a black bean dip. Highly recommend this place.
It was amazing! The best blt ever! The mayo here made the sandwich.
We first stopped here in 2019 and had to come back again on this trip. Still has amazing gf food options as well as desserts. Had the BLT with gf bun and it was delicious. The fries were great too. As others have said, eat here, you will not be disappointed!
The homemade gf mac and cheese was delicious. The gf bun with the BLT was also delicious. The seasoned fries and spicy ketchup were a refreshing change.

Great lunch place! I had a salad and my son had a burger. We got the Gauc and chips, too. They also offer GF desserts. Can be busy.
This place is FANTASTIC! Their GF options are plentiful, and they know what they’re doing, and they were very gracious about it. Highly recommend! Fries with bacon salt and chipotle ketchup- so delicious! GF Oreo Cheesecake for dessert- so delicious! So sad we waited until our last day to go, otherwise I would have eaten here every day!

I’ve eaten there several times with no gf issues (celiac). I prefer their salmon sliders and fries.
Had the Bacon Mac n Cheese with Gluten Free pasta. Confirmed that the pasta is cooked in separate water. Super tasty but expensive. Dedicated fryer if you want French fries.
Fast service. Absolutely love the salmon sliders. Love the gluten free dessert options!
Can you say yummmmm??? I had the Union Chez burger. Yummy. My daughter who is also celiac got the shrimp tacos and chicken skewers. She loved them. Did I mention the gluten free desserts???? We had a huge slice of the lemon blueberry cake, and the cookie crust brownie! I can’t wait to go back. Oh and the service was amazing

We stopped for dinner before a flight home and were delighted with our choice. This restaurant takes safety seriously and I felt 100% at ease with preparation. A small place tucked off the path a bit but totally packed with locals who obviously know a good thing when they find it! The menu has a TON of gluten free options clearly marked and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable. We ordered at the counter and our food was brought to us outside. Delicious shrimp tacos with fries and an incredibly yummy bacon Mac and cheese, then a shared coconut custard dessert. I normally and scared to venture into fries and pasta, but there is a separate frier and fresh gluten free pasta water for the GF orders. The gentleman at the register immediately knew my concerns and said, don’t worry - we are celiac friendly. I didn’t Even feel the need to break out my Nima tester and not a bit of illness. This place totally rocks!!

Food was great and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had pasta, garlic bread and a salad for one meal, chips & guacamole for an appetizer, blt & fries - everything was gluten free and delicious. My daughter is celiac and did not get sick. So happy we tried this place and would definitely recommend it.
I had the penne pasta with chicken and had no issues. It was so tasty and the staff extremely friendly. We also had chips with salsa and guacamole. Yum!

I had the chipotle chicken sandwich on a GF bun. I told the staff it was an allergy and asked if they could indicate that on the order. I was told that by ordering a GF bun that would let the cooks know. Big mistake. I was so sick, and definitely not worth it. So disappointing after reading all the good reviews.

The Food is so good! Lots of clearly marked GF. ...and desserts! We never have a dessert option, but here we had multiple! Portions were large also.
Great experience. I got their burger on a GF bun. They had many gluten free offerings, including three desserts. They are quite small and we had to wait for a table. But it's always good to eat where it's crowded because folks know where the good food is. Chalk board menu had GF items identified, plus some that weren't could be made GF (like by changing the bread). You order your food at the counter and the bring it to your table when it's done. Even though they were so busy, they still came by to offer drink refills.
Love this place! Our go too! My husband and daughter are celiac and it has been such a blessing. Friendly staff, amazing food, fun atmosphere!

Holy Moly! GF clearly listed on menu, educated on CC issues, waitress had Celiac, kind staff, tons of options, amazing food, great portions. Eat here!!!!
Knowledgeable staff. GF items are marked, but there is not a lot of selection. I typically get the chicken skewers and a salad. There is a dessert case with GF baked goods. Cute atmosphere with friendly and accommodating staff!
