The manager provided extensive details about how the gluten free pizzas are prepared: We make our own gluten free pizza bases in our kitchen which we are very
careful not to cross contaminate. Our pizzas are put through the oven on individual metallic trays that are cleaned between each use so there will be no trace of other ingredients on the tray when it comes into contact with the gluten free base.
We do advise letting our staff know that you have a serious gluten intolerance so that we can notify the kitchen to make your pizza with extra caution. Once the pizza is cooked, it is cut on a separate cutting board and
served on a plate especially used for gluten free pizzas.
The pizza base was actually the best I’ve ever had so I am looking forward to coming again.
