Blue Sushi Sake Grill

This has become my favorite sushi place. There are several options to include some delicious vegan rolls. I’m not vegan, but can’t eat dairy, either, so I love that they have vegan cream cheese.

I ordered gluten free sushi rolls and edamame from their gluten free menu. Staff was somewhat trained. They knew enough to get me the menu, forgot to bring the tamari until I asked for it, and recommended some vegan dessert options that were clearly not gluten free. If you stick to the GF labeled items and know what to ask for, it should be safe. I have ordered take out sushi several times over the phone with no problem, take out service is excellent and they give gluten free soy sauce. I avoid the wasabi and ginger. I had gluten free mocha dessert, see picture, and it was delicious! This is the only gluten free sushi place that I have found in Indy’s northside.

Amazing flavor. Great concept, decor & service. Food tasted great, but unfortunately I did experience some symptoms of CC.

We had a newer server, so I would go back only with my Nima.

Loved our experience here! The sushi was delicious and it was so nice to have a gluten free menu with all vegan options marked. Our server was great, even giving us dessert recommendations based on what we could eat. And I didn't feel sick at all after!

Server and manager we’re very knowledgeable about Gluten Free options. They gave me a Gluten “Sensitive” menu. Lots of apps and sushi rolls for me to chose from. I didn’t have any issues. Fun atmosphere.

First time sushi eater and was very happy to see the plethora of gluten free options available. Online Gluten Free Menu, (accessible through QR code on physical menu), has many options for those eating gluten free. Server was knowledgeable on cross contact and made sure to bring me gluten free soy sauce so I didn’t end up using the soy sauce at the table. No issues or feeling sick afterwards. Great experience!
