Food was delicious- get the peppers!! I’m very sensitive celiac and didn’t react at all :)
Can be hit or miss. Sometimes they will modify to be gluten free and other times won’t. That said, they will modify the Thriller (yum!) to just be plain shrimp rather than tempura.
MY FAVORITE! This is the best GF sushi spot in town and in most other towns. Be sure to specify your allergy and staff are always willing to work with you. Check out their GF menu!

Great restaurant! I'm celiac + no dairy ,no soy. And they had plenty of items on the sushi menu. I just wanted steamed rice and a seared salmon - and they were happy to make that even though it wan't on the menu. The manager came out and let me known it was made on all new clean and sanitized surface& utensils. They were very accommodating and helpful..
Asked for gluten free menu upon arrival, waiter asked specifics on if I had a wheat allergy or gluten sensitive. I explained I have celiac disease and they were very accommodating and made sure that no gluten products were in any of the food I wanted to order and prepared correctly. The cooks accidentally put my gluten free sushi roll on the same plate as my friends no gf roll, and before even coming out realized this and had a new roll made from scratch onto a separate plate so no cross contamination. They came out to let me know of this error and they were fixing it.. They brought out my own bottle of gluten free soy sauce special. Would absolutely go back as they clearly knew the need for no t just gluten free but no contamination either
First time ever eating sushi and it was delicious! They have a dedicated GF menu and the staff/chefs were very knowledgeable about GF. I was looking for something spicy but most spicy sushi is not gluten free. The chef reported that the hot popper is gluten free if they swap raw jalapeño for jalapeño tempura (fried). Chef’s changed gloves, cleaned the area they were preparing my food, and used ingredients from the back. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
Really good sushi! I order from here a lot for delivery and once I got Non-Gluten free soy sauce but it was prepackaged so I knew before eating. I always get the Philadelphia and a squid salad.
Best sushi ever. I went at a lunch and got their 2 rolls and a salad special! They also have plenty of vegan options too. My favorite is the green goddess roll! It is BIG and delicious. Waitress was knowledgeable and brought me gf salad dressing and tamari without asking!

Awesome California roll.
Going here was my first dining experience after getting diagnosed with CeD. The staff were so kind and accommodating, and they even have a separate GF menu. They asked about cross-contamination, too. I felt very taken care of here and will be going back.
Amazing safe gluten free sushi! It’s worth a trip to Nashville for. I loved it!
Eaten here many times and I always feel safe. Never gotten sick.
