Didn’t give any options for what would be GF. We just left.
I made them aware of my Gluten allergy and they took great care of me.
Some rolls I could order:

Zesty Salomon

Mostly knowledgeable. I did ask many questions. They had tamari, knew which sauces to leave off, and after asking about the crab, was told not to eat any rolls with it. But I was able to enjoy a few rolls, and so far, I’m good!

They can make dishes using tamari instead of regular soy. Regular rolls are all gluten free and delicious! Would recommend, we go here often!
Fantastic GF fried rice and avocado sushi. They will clean everything for you and prepare the fried rice with gluten free soy sauce. Very friendly staff and great prices. My daughter has not had any reactions and we have eaten here many times. Happy hour from 3-6 offers discounted sushi and salads (can possibly make GF too?). There is no gluten free menu but if you ask for gluten free they are more than happy to help.
