I just have to ask if they make glutenfree pasta and they did. Thanks to the chef for his kindness Perfect gluten free pasta Available glutenfree pizza
— Yes, the establishment is dedicated gluten-free

I had a great experience here. Make sure to ask for a chef consult because their allergy menu does NOT tell you everything that they can do GF. The chef I spoke with wakes me through everything she can do GF and how she would prepare it, she took my order and gave me a buzzer so I’d know when to come back for my food since it was going to take about 10-15 minutes. I loved having the buzzer so I could go sit with my family and didn’t have to just stand there and wait.

Ate here a couple of times and the food experience seems to depend on how kind the chef is feeling. Did a chef consult one night and chef Sammy was so kind! We had an amazing meal! He went out of his was to add veggies to our pizza, when asked if this could be done the next night the chef said no. This was one of a few differences so it’s a bit hit or miss on taste and portion size unfortunately.

Amazing - as others mentioned, the chef came out to talk about options and then personally prepared it. It was about a 10 minute wait for pasta, no big deal. Note, the kids’ pasta serving size is very small, I had to go back to order an adult size for them to share. They also have pizza and salads. Just so grateful to have had this option!

When I asked about gluten free options the chef came out and asked if I’d prefer pasta or pizza and made a gluten free meal fresh.

Chef came out to ask about which allergies I had and the gluten free options they offered. Chef very knowledgeable about cross contamination. Very celiac friendly.

I have had all the options at this restaurant. I love the Italian chef salad, and am happy they also have a dairy free option for their gluten free pizzas. They are knowledgeable and make sure to express that although not a completely gluten free kitchen, they do everything they can do avoid cross contamination. I have celiac and have never had a reaction eating here. Make sure to talk to the lead or chef to let them you know you have celiac and you will be well taken care of.

Had GF pasta, GF pep pizza and Italian salad . Make sure you talk to the chef to avoid cross contamination. Explain what you need . Food was very good.
Yes
We told the staff that this was an allergy order with extreme sensitivity to cross contamination, and they took extra care to make sure they got it exactly right. One daughter is also dairy free, and she was so excited to be able to have her own GF/DF pizza. No reaction afterwards, either.
the chef here was celiac on the day I went. she said they prepare the pizza separate and use separate pan and cover with foil. I also got pasta, only sauce was marinara. she offered to put grilled chicken on top since they were out of salads and I'd wanted a chicken salad to go the my pizza. The pizza was decent the marinara sauce was ok in flavor. nothing memorable but I was so hungry and our of food options as Paradise grill next door had nothing I could eat. I gave 5 stars because the food was totally safe.
