Erin, our waitress, was super helpful explaining how most dishes could be made gluten free. I am newly diagnosed gluten allergy and was so thankful that they can accommodate my needs since this is one of my family's most favorite restaurants. My GF chicken and broccoli was delicious!!!

They have many dishes that can be made GF and are delicious. My son has Celiac and loves the Kanoa's beef and rice, which is like schezuan style beef. You must specify gluten free. My son has never had a reaction. Also I believe the cashew chicken can be gluten free and the chicken salad plate. I'm sure many of the seafood dishes can be GF too, as are the rice noodles. It's a small, homey restaurant with experienced wait staff who are very attentive and the food is amazing.
