Location has separate Gluten Sensitive menu, but does not have cross-contamination protections. Omelettes are prepared on a different stove than bread items and are generally safe. However, not all items on the Gluten Sensitive menu are gluten free, I got sick from the hash browns which were listed on there, likely from a multi use frier
