Review of Boca Fiesta

I only ate here a few times before learning I have Celiac, and even with the full menu at my disposal I wasn't impressed. But this place has been reported to the Gluten Free in Gainesville group by employees to have both servers and kitchen staff - including cooks/chefs - who cook with whatever they want, regardless of what is ordered, and that they were vocally dismissive of GF requests in orders. CC is a big issue here, and apparently they use wheat-containing ingredients commonly. I avoid it.
