They have a digital menu, and it is easy to select the gluten free menu options. I did not show my Spanish Celiac card, but did point to myself when I prefer off of the GF menu, and said, "sin gluten." He understood, but I do not know if there is cross contamination. I ordered the Iberian pork with french fries, and it was delicious!
