I’m baffled this place has 5 stars. The food was safe but pretty gross. We got sweet and sour ribs (yuck), dumpling platter (dumpling frozen in the middle), crispy tofu (so slimy and gross) and seaweed roll (vile).
Living in nyc I would never go here again. Go to Lilli and loo for Chinese
Tasty. The waitress seemed knowledgeable and brought me a separate gluten free soy sauce.
delicious food !! tons of gluten free dim sum options, however I will say the main menu with large entrees is not marked with gluten free or not. wasn’t a problem for me, since I had dim sum, but I’m sure they would know if asked. the waiters were kind and very attentive to my dietary needs,- making sure all dipping sauces were gluten free as well. so good ! will come again :)
Separate menu for gluten free and also gluten free dim sum options clearly marked on dim sum menu. They said the fryer is separate so I got the fried sesame balls. This restaurant is also vegetarian so lots of mock shrimp and mock beef
They were easy to talk to about my gluten free needs and very helpful. The dim sum and soups were delicious and they provided gluten free soy sauce. If it's busy be sure to remind them about the GF soy sauce. All the servers were friendly.
I ordered from the dim sum menu. At the top of the menu it says, “please tell your server if you require gluten free food.” The menu was already clearly labeled, but the server also said which dishes were gluten free when she brought them out. She also brought gluten free soy sauce. All of the food was delicious. I’ve never been able to have dim sum before due to celiac, so this was an exciting find!
