Staff are extremely knowledgable of their menu and considerate of multiple dietary needs. Great variety of delicious food!

I had a great experience at Bol last night. The food and the drinks are excellent. Everything on the menu is gluten free, except for a shared toaster for the gluten free and gluten full bread for the banh mi. We had the duck rolls, calamari, duck pho, wokked garden bowl, and fried banana spring rolls. We left stuffed and happy.

I really like this place, the food is delicious and the Pho is super yummy. However, I would not recommend the Bahn Mi unless you talk to them specifically about how they toast the bread - they do use the same equipment for the gluten free bread as the gluten bread. I have felt fine from the Pho and the fried spring rolls.

Everything on the menu is gluten free except the baguette for banh mi. They offer a gluten free baguette, but the staff volunteered that it goes in the same toaster as the regular baguette so it may not be appropriate for celiacs. He was knowledgeable about cross contamination and I felt safe eating anything on the menu except the banh mi - and I'm very sensitive.
I had the banh xeo, which is a stuffed turmeric rice flour crepe, and it was exceptional - served authentically with fresh herbs and nuoc cham. My date had the lettuce wraps and salad rolls, which were also very good. There are lots of good choices for different diets - vegan, keto, etc - so people with multiple restrictions should have no trouble eating here. (Vegans should be alert that the sauce with most dishes contains fish sauce, as in most SE Asian restaurants.) Portions were very generous. Also they had gluten free hoisin sauce on the table.
The restaurant was pretty empty on Saturday night - we sat there for 3 hours and felt welcome doing so. The outdoor space is very nice too if the weather's decent. Food was served very quickly.

I love their pho broth. I shared that I had celiac and he said everything on the menu was gluten free besides the banh mi baguette, but offered a gf baguette in its place. He said all of their sauces, broths, etc., are gf. Felt fine after eating here.

Great food and apps! We’ve eaten here quite a few times and never had any issues for my celiac son.

Excellent Vietnamese food with only a French baguette as the marked non-GF item. Otherwise do have them hold fish and soy sauces for a tasty meal.

I absolutely LOVE Bol - it's one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. All their food is extremely allergy sensitive. There are very few menu items that have gluten, and those dishes default to gluten free. For example, the Banh Mi comes with French Baguette or Gluten Free baguette. All the dishes are fantastic, although the chicken can be a bit dry. I am celiac, have eaten there many times and have not had a reaction.

All gluten free menu and gfree hoisin sauce on the table!
Awesome food! Their fryer is usually dedicated but you want to double check. They can do most items gluten free.
