We found this place on your app. We traveled from NJ and it was so nice to find a place that was safe to eat at. Not only was the food delicious the employees are all super helpful. We will definitely be back.!

Every time we visit Palm Beach, we always stop at Bolay, and then come back again the next day. The food is delicious and there are so many choices. I love that you don't have to worry about cross-contamination because everything is 100% Gluten Free. Their chocolate chip cookies are the best! They also have so many juices and teas.

Walked in their last week for the first time ever because I am visiting from New York and I have celiac disease. as they were opening i was horrified to see what appeared to be people setting up for a group of people with boxes of Dunkin' Donuts!!!! How could they allow that in a gluten free facility? I left and have not been back.

Everything is gluten free, I mean every single item on the menu, including the chocolate chip cookies. You get to choose a base dish, a protein and a vegetable, a topping and a sauce. Plus they have healthy juices, beer and wine. Best GF place in town!!!

Entire menu is GF. That said, I found the menu to be a little limited, and I was hungry an hour after eating there.

So excited about this place! Like an upscale chipotle, much more options, much healthier options, but similarly priced. Didn't see a single item that wasn't gluten free, they even have rice (cilantro) pasta. Lots of vegan options too.

100% gluten free!!! I was so happy to find this place! My kids even liked it and one is uber picky. They also don't use dairy to cook anything. The sweet potato noodles are delicious! I wish there were more of these places!

This was our first visit to Bolay. Awesome service and the food was amazing,! The staff was very knowledgeable about any other allergens besides gluten that would not be suitable for our family. My only gripe is that they are only in Florida. Pleeeease consider expanding!!!! We'd welcome you with open arms in the Twin Cities 🤞 Definitely a new go to spot the next time I'm in Florida!
