I had the gluten free crust with Canadian bacon and pineapples. Pizza was edible. Crust was very soft, almost chewy. Sauce was totally bland. Staff was rude, not a place I will go again.
The Gluten Free Crust is by far one of the best anywhere! My daughter says it's her favorite... I tried it and I think I liked it better than the regular one. It was fresh made, thin, chewy, and just GOOD. The only thing is that my regular pizza was very skimpy on toppings... I like more on there. And so it was just ok, good but not special. But we will definitely be regulars for the GF crust! Especially since you can get whatever topping you want on it... As long as it's GF.
We're pretty picky and this place is pretty good. Best GF pizza we've had. Most are chewy or grainy. This was a nice thin crust that was hard to tell was GF. GF only come in a large. We didn't call ahead and were fine, but they said it is best to call ahead to be sure. Non GF pizzas also went over very well with friends. Appetizers are well portioned. Greek salad was very fresh with generous toppings. Very very casual relaxed place. Almost strangely so, but super people, good service, and clean. I rarely rate anything 5 stars. This place was great for a casual night out with the family. TVs. Games for kids, etc.
I am super sensitive, and was just fine here. The pizza tasted terrific, and they charged the same as for a regular wheat crust. We are moving to town soon and this will definitely be my go to place when I have a craving for pizza. Way to go!
The trick is to call at least 1:30 hours or the day before and they will make up a gluten free dough (not advertised on menu or website). First place I have found in Houston that makes a fresh gluten free pizza. Closest thing I have found to a traditional thin crust slice. Yum!
