Amazing!!!! The majority of food is gluten free. You can request gf desserts and rolls. I think the risk of cc is low for gluten as the stations are separated. Let your server know about allergies and they will give you the allergy menu. I’ll post a picture of it.

Food was great, I was given a allergen menu so I knew what was GF on the buffet then was brought GF Mickey waffles and a glazed doughnut with a allergy label on a separate plate, no extra charge! Highly recommend.

Visited April 2023: We stayed at the Animal Kingdom lodge so naturally we wanted to try one of the restaurants at the hotel. With a party of 8 buffets are ideal since everyone can get something they like. As a person with a severe gluten allergy buffets are not always ideal due to cross contamination. HOWEVER, I had a great experiences here for both breakfast and dinner. There was a wide variety of options for both meals. Additionally, all the servers I had were very knowledgeable! I did not get sick either time! I ate some items from the buffet and some that they prepared for me in the back!

Visited Jan 23 for dinner. We have 3 people in the family with food allergies, including Celiac. The chef was fantastic. She walked us through the whole buffet and got us special desserts from the kitchen after dinner. One of our best dinners in Disney!

We had breakfast at Boma. I am extremely sensitive and can’t handle any cross contamination. The chef came out and brought me dishes from the back because I wasn’t able to eat off of the buffet due to the chance of CC. Everything was incredible, favorite breakfast on property!

I loved it, the zebra domes at dinner were amazing. The waiter was very kind and helpful. I did not go into a anaphylactic shock after my meal either. 10/10 overall

Thought it was going to be difficult with a breakfast buffet. But boy was I seriously wrong! Not only do they provide an easy to follow print out to use if you go up to the buffet (for all the allergies) they have gluten-free options they will bring out from the back. Muffins, donuts, bagels, waffles.

This was awesome! The food was amazing and one of the chefs came out to walk me through the buffet. They strategically place GF items together or towards the back of stations to prevent cross contamination. I’m very sensitive and had no reaction. They even brought out my own GF dessert platter and as much as I wanted. Wonderful experience! Must try the oxtail soup. Amazing!!!

My celiac teenager had a great dinner at Boma. The waiter described how the gluten items are all in only one area along with desserts. At dessert time, she was able to order a few GF desserts directly from the gf area of the kitchen. The options included their famous zebra cakes and raspberry sorbet. She loved it all!

Loved this place for breakfast. A chef came out and helped me pick some items. He brought them because I didn’t feel comfortable going through the buffet. The Mickey allergy waffles were amazing. The muffin was an udis muffin you could buy at the store. But he included a really good glazed donut and some ham. I would go back. And I didn’t get sick. I am gluten free and dairy free.

Lots of unique GF options, like bobotie. I asked via Disney chat for GF to be added to my reservation, but I don’t think it was. They give you an allergen guide and you have the choice to use it and visit the buffet alone or have a chef accompany you, which I love because I prefer to be independent. Areas for improvement are the rolls (chewy, but good with butter) and the variety of desserts (cookies, raspberry sorbet, soy-based vanilla frozen dessert, and GF zebra domes). Also, the delay in getting some items (I probably waited 15 minutes for my sorbet).

All of the food was delicious. There are many gluten free options, and a lot of them were in stations that are completely separate from other non gluten free foods! I am a celiac and I felt great after eating here!

Delicious place to eat, it is in the Animal Kingdom Lodge resort but anyone can actually go and eat there, we went for their breakfast buffet and it was definitely worth it, chef came out and spoke to the girlfriend about what she wanted and he personally made it for her!

Lots of gluten-free options. Great staff. Amazing chef team willing to go above and beyond to bring items from the back or make custom creations. Shout out to Chef Matt for making me my first bread pudding in nearly 8 years! (Call or email ahead of time, or be prepared for a long wait if ordering special items like GF sausage gravy or bread pudding)

Disney always amazes me. We book this last minute and still able to cater for me ( gf/df) loads of dishes on the counters suitable for me. The waiter 'Kevin' explained that the dishes change regular so some dishes might not be available again tomorrow. I was handed an allergy sheet for that serving ( top 8 listed) and also told if I was worry to ask for a chef. Everything was lovely just a note as its African inspired something could be spicy. I choice salad, soup and some meat and went up for more dishs. I didn't get the corn muffin as it was on a shared dish. I could have asked for a new batch from the kitchen. Sweet course, I was well catered for even with a dairy allergy but you do need to ask for the item from your server (who doubled checked allergies before getting me the dishes). I was full to bursting at the end of the night!

Fantastic experience here! Our reservation already had the GF designation, so our server was aware and prepared. Despite the busy dinner rush, he asked the chef to come out, and she cheerfully walked my daughter and me through the entire buffet, pointing out all the GF and unsafe foods at every station and even explaining what was in the things that looked safe but weren't. She said to not even look at the desserts and that she would bring my daughter a GF dessert when she was ready. My daughter had a ton of delicious choices for salads,, entrees, and sides, plus our server brought her GF rolls and pita/hummus. At the end of the meal, the chef reappeared with a huge plate of desserts, all GF: chocolate-chip cookies, zebra domes, marshmallows, ice cream and sorbet! My daughter almost cried she was so overcome by the chef's kindness.

They gave me a GF food guide when I checked in. The menu also included GF items that were available upon request, like chips and hummus and dinner rolls. They have GF zebra dimes that are so good. My family liked those much better than the gluten filled zebra domes.

**Update. Just got back from my trip and as always, Boma is my favorite. The chefs and all cast members are always so very welcoming. 5 years coming here for Bfast and dinner and have never been sick- or had bad service. Love it, thank you, Boma!

I never thought I would be eating at a buffet again with my sensitivity level (celiac and I very rarely ever go out to eat at home). After reading reviews and a wonderful week at Disney with no reactions, I had to try this place on our last night. AMAZING! So many options at the buffet that are gluten free! The chef walks you through and informs you what's naturally gf. The chocolate coffee dessert is wonderful. So impressed.

I went to this restaurant while on vacation with my family at Disney. This restaurant is a buffet and if you call ahead of time and tell them that you are gluten free everything will be prepared. Once you get there a chef will come out and take you around the buffet and tell you everything that is gluten free and write down what you want. When everyone in your group/ family goes to get there food at the buffet the chef will bring yours out. The food there was amazing and there was no cross contamination especially since the chef got all of the food warm and fresh from the kitchen. They also had a variety of gluten free desserts which were also amazing. All in all, this was one of my favorite restaurants in Disney/ Animal Kingdom and would definitely recommend!

We selected gluten free on our reservations and as we were seated our waiter sent over a chef. My 4 year old is celiac so the chef took us along the entire buffet showing us what was safe gluten free options. He also offered special items not on the buffet like chicken nuggets French fries and Mac and cheese. He then wrote down everything my son wanted and went to make it fresh in the back as to avoid cross contamination. Aside from a few obvious pasta dishes and the dessert station almost everything was gluten free. He was so excited to have his own "cooker" (chef) and was thrilled to pick out what he wanted. He also made him special zebra domes and gluten free dessert plate. I was very satisfied with their cross contamination practices and that they have dedicated chefs specifically for allergy guests. It was very expensive (over $200 for 4 of us) but the atmosphere, food, and safety measures made it definitely worth it! We also took a stroll out back and saw the giraffes oxen donkey and other animals. There was also a playground that my son played on for some time in the way out. Overall awesome, safe, expensive, experience!!!

It's a buffet so it's a buffet. For my GF son it's the greatest buffet ever. The chief showed him what he could eat and he went to town. GF dessert was delivered to the table. Royal treatment for those with food issues.

we ate dinner and breakfast here. everything was amazing. they didn't have the dinner rolls. and omelettes weren't available due to construction. the bananas foster mickey waffles were fantastic. the chef gave us a tour both times and brought out items from the back.

The tapioca rolls are the best gf bread I've ever had. They provide a gluten free menu (plus vegan menu available). They had an amazing coconut flan that was like a Thailand/SE Asia dessert.

All of the restaurants in the building are great.
