Owner mentioned that most of the food on the menu is gluten free, and they can modify appetizers, use different flours, and fry in different oil upon request. Very kind and accommodating.

The owner, staff and chef are all very gluten aware -- just ask and they will point you in the right direction.
If they have time they will also go WAY out to make modifications. Tonight they made GF coconut shrimp, just for me!!
Ask for recommendations, as they have a very diverse menu, with lots of different regional curries & specialities. Yes, of course they have great butter chicken, but they have so much more! We eat here often and I have never been 'glutened".
