You can speak directly with the owner, but the staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination.
All of their dishes are gluten free expect for a few. They have a GF naan alternative, made of chickpea flour. One of my favorite dishes is the onion bahji. It’s shredded onion fried in a chickpea batter and it’s delicious!
