I eat here regularly and have had great experiences. They wrote on the wrapping of the takeout container that it is an allergy order - they seem very knowledgeable. And the food is delicious!

Have eaten here multiple times with mixed results. Sometimes I’ve been fine, other times I’ve had a strong reaction.
The menu marks what “contains gluten,” but I haven’t been able to get clarification about cross-contamination risks.
The food is tasty, but if you have an allergy or Celiac, eat at your own risk.

I always feel safe eating at Bon Me- truck or not- they always know what they’re doing and it’s always delicious.

This place marks all their food with labels if it has gluten. Very nice change from the reverse. They have many options which are gluten free. Build your own bowl with choices of rice or rice noodles. I went with rice, pork and veggies. I skipped the sauce since I stay away from soy. The food was very good. They brought out my meal separately from my friend’s. Great food handling for a fast food place. I am a very sensitive celiac, and I felt great afterwards. I wish they had one of these where I live.

Love them.
Food was great and staff was very aware of cross contamination issues. Checked in with me to make sure I had "gluten allergy" (their words -- I do have celiac) vs preference. GF options clearly labeled. Felt great afterward!
Salad with rice noodles and chicken was gross- chicken had more fat and inedible stuff than actual meat and the dressing smelled and tasted like nothing but fish sauce. Counter staff seemed knowledgeable about my allergy but I got SO sick from the little I did eat.
Brick & mortar location for the renowned food truck brigade.

When I asked about having celiac disease and being gluten free they pointed out which items had the “contains gluten” icon on the menu, and said they don’t do “gluten free,” they do “gluten friendly,” but would wash their hands and change their gloves. I didn’t feel like pushing today and didn’t ask more questions. I don’t get symptoms so can’t vouch either way for any gluten contamination.

Cashier was very knowledgeable and even thought to tell me that he edamame is boiled with the regular noodles. Very delicious meal and many gluten free options. Very satisfied and will return!
