Their website specifically states they are not 100% gluten free and cannot guarantee it. I spoke to Bondi Pizza parramatta and they state “Separate trays, utensils and cooking equipment are NOT used and as a result, we can not guarantee our products will be completely gluten free, as there might be slight traces of gluten”. This is not safe for Celiac disease.
