Their website specifically states they are not 100% gluten free and cannot guarantee it. I spoke to Bondi Pizza parramatta and they state “Separate trays, utensils and cooking equipment are NOT used and as a result, we can not guarantee our products will be completely gluten free, as there might be slight traces of gluten”. This is not safe for Celiac disease.

Most pizzas can be made gluten free. Cooked separately and comes out marked with a gluten free flag. I dont do the contactless ordering as I always add that I'm coeliac when ordering the gluten free. Have never had an issue here.

GF Pizza served on plastic (look a like board) and wait staff seemed knowledgeable, asked about coeliac allergies, unsure if there was a separate pizza oven (can not rule out cross contamination).
