Review of Boots Bakery & Lounge

Fabulous! I'm so glad I found this place after arriving in Spokane. I was headed up north for the day and stopped here and they had so many options for me with my multiple allergies! The ginger tofu salad was great; curry was deliciously spicy; hash was tasty and the bean burgers were so flavorful and I only wish I had time to stop before cashing my flight home. This is definitely on my list of places to return, I only wish you were in Seattle area!! Thanks for supporting a vegan diet, lots of options for gluten free and having terrific coffee!! I'll be back and sending my friends who live locally there.
