I told my waiter about a severe gluten allergy (celiac) and he asked if cross contamination is an issue. I said yes. He came out with a list of what I could eat. And then on top of it he separated all bread from things that I could eat that typically have bread. Great experience

Staff was not helpful, I asked about their cross contamination in the kitchen and they could only tell me it was a shared fryer and left immediately without answering any more questions. No one came around to tell me which dishes were gluten free. Bread piled on most of the dishes so they were no longer gluten free. Had maybe one dish in the fixed menu that I was super was safe.

The food is great, and the waiter was knowledgeable about celiac, but there is so much room for cross contamination. Also, our waiter came back after some other staff had delivered several plates and belatedly told me that one dish wasn’t safe for me (cross contamination). While I had only had a bit and didn’t get too sick, it was a bit frustrating. This could be great if you’re only mildly intolerant, but for celiacs… I’d probably go elsewhere if possible just to be safe.

Horrible gluten free experience, nothing marked on the menu, unknowledgeable wait staff. The food was terrible and I got sick!! Never Again!!!!

Too chaotic to be celiac safe in my opinion. My waiter seemed to get it and made every effort but cross contamination is an issue. I would avoid.

Fantastic food (Spanish tapas), upscale, classy, hip environment, and menu is 75% gluten free. The wait staff is very well trained and knows exactly what is gluten free. Locations in NYC (Flatiron, Soho, UES), and Washington DC.
No GF menu, but server was very knowledgeable and marked up menu to show what was GF as prepared and what could be modified. I was satisfied with the selections and enjoyed several tapas - ahi tuna, tortilla espanola, octopus, eggplant, cheese plate with bread plates separately (no option for GF bread or crackers). Ambience was nice and our group all enjoyed dinner.

My partner was looking a place for us to eat after I finished a day of meetings. This restaurant looked interesting, so he went inside to ask if they had gluten free food. The host wasn't sure, so he got the general manager. She marked up the menu with all the gluten free options. We came back that evening, and the host and manager both remembered my partner! They were happy to see him. Our server also marked up the menu and talked to the chef. She wanted to be absolutely certain I knew what food was safe. The food was great! The atmosphere is lively and hip. We had a great dinner of tapas.

Very good and lots of options for gf and df and vegan options the tastiest tapas in NYC! They are super accommodating to all kinds of allergies, and they have the best steak in the world medium rare. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for an easy fun environment with good food and it’s not heavy.
