Sever said grill is cross contaminated, but I got beans, coleslaw, guacamole and salsa. She seemed aware of the risks.
Asked if they could prepare anything gluten free and the server said nothing is gluten free because there is too much cross contamination among everything and they can’t avoid it. If gf is just a dietary preference, this would probably be fine for you, but otherwise I would avoid.
I got the Spicy Shrimp Tacos (minus the cucumber slaw). They were good and I would get them again. The tacos, beans, and sweet corn tested safe with my gluten sensor. Most things are made scratch daily which is great. The manager brought out my meal. One of the servers has a Celiac Dad and made sure to tell me the chips are outsourced. She said they may not be safe for me as they are made in the same area as flour tortillas.
We had dinner here before seeing a show at Mandalay Bay. The menu was clearly marked and had a decent amount of GF options. The best part was the fresh chips that are made in a dedicated fryer! They will still waste when they hit the table. Chips paired with fresh guacamole and 3 salsas was SO good. I had the Al pastor tacos. Yum! If you’re in the mood for Mexican & a margarita…this is a great option!
