Their food is really good! Small little place. Some dishes need to be requested ahead of time if you want it also lactose free.

Best meal we had in Italy. After the reviews I wondered if it could possibly be as good as everyone said. It was better! Absolutely elegant place and food. We went there for dinner with our son and felt like we were having a grownup meal that he could love too. Anchovies with butter came with gf bread. Had the chickpea pancake thing because I wasn’t in the mood for meat or pasta — delicious. I tasted my husband’s rabbit (new one for me! Also gf and delicious), and my son’s pasta was terrific. The whole menu is or can be gluten free and the ingredients were among the freshest we had.

Everything is amazing with this place! If there is one place you can eat dinner at in Florence or even the whole of Italy you should pick this place. The food is modern Italian and they make everything from scratch and source the ingredients from local farmers. When I was there everything was our could be made gluten free!

Had an extremely delicious and unique meal here. The chef was very clear with us that every dish was automatically gluten free and would only be made WITH gluten if requested (ie pasta dishes). I was able to try my partner’s rabbit roulade and my tempura chicken with fried artichoke - so good and felt very safe. Great for other allergies too as everything is marked on the menu.

This was our best gluten-free experience in Italy! The owner was incredibly accommodating and could make anything from the menu gluten-free, but was happy to confirm that our meals were gluten-free. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!! The quality of cooking was next level, and you can tell the owner takes great pride in his food. This is my number one restaurant recommendation for anyone in the area!

Everything on the menu can be gluten free if you ask for it.
Traveling from America to Florence I thought it might be difficult to find somewhere gluten free. But this was a 1min walk from where we are staying.
Gabriele the owner/Chef is a delight with a love for food.
10/10 will eat here again before we leave.

Extraordinary! The food is Michelin-quality and this is one of the best meals we have had in italy, and we have been here for 5 months. Here you get super fresh and interesting food, and they focus on getting all the ingredients straight from the farmer. For that the prices are very reasonable. Gabriele was super professional and teached us italian while being very polite and gave us room to enjoy our experience. Everything on the menu can be made gluten free, and for me this is not usual, so i was very happy to be included so that i also can enjoy all of the delicious food while eating gluten free. We will come back next time!
