I had them remake my pizza order after seeing the worker cut my pizza withe the same cut she just used on a non gluten free pizza
The flour is literally flying around in this place. The toppings not only slid off the gluten free crust I was sick within an hour of eating it. I should have trusted my instincts and said NO WAY! Also, the place was cold and unheated (middle of winter), so the food was cold!
They can't promise that your food will not be cross-contaminated, but they offer a gluten-free crust and they bake the pizzas on a special tray upon request. My teenage daughter (who has celiac) loved her meat-lover's pizza on a gluten-free crust, and I really loved my kale/spinach salad (although it could've used more chicken and avocado).
