Very hit or miss, especially with take out. They have a gluten wise section for online ordering which is great! However, when you mention it is for someone with celiac disease and would like for them to be careful with cross contamination and put the gluten wise items in a separate take out bag they only do it 50% of the time. It depends on who’s working. It shows that they’re not always paying attention to allergy requirements. Also, they have forgotten a side 80% of the time I have gotten take out there. The servers seem very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and cross contamination but sometimes the orders are wrong. If you notice your order is wrong that means they were busy in the kitchen and not safe with your order. Every time I have had my order slightly wrong I have gotten a reaction. Usually it is a safe place to eat but lately it hasn’t been.

I’ve eaten here several times and they are very accommodating with my special requests for gluten and dairy free meals. Their wing’s are very good and all the sauces are listed as gluten free.

We always get the pizza and it comes out marked and always with your server or the manager so that you know it is safe. My son is a celiac and he doesn’t get stomach aches here

Boston Pizza is one of the only national chains that offers gluten free items in each category for example sandwich, burger, pasta, pizza and dessert. They don't offer a seperate deep fryer so don't eat the fries and I suspect they cook the gluten free pasta in the same water as the rest so we avoid. That being said it has been a option to eat at in any city we travel to.

Waitress was super friendly and knew how to alter items to make gluten free. Lots of options and didn’t react to anything which was great.
