I asked about an item that was not marked as gluten wise but looked like it should be. They confirmed that the issue is that the veggies come pre chopped so they have an unknown history regarding cross contamination.
Staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination risk.

OK if you are gluten sensitive but the staff are not very knowledgable about cross contamination so I would not eat here if celiac.

Tips
Substituted items without asking, brought food to the table then quized me if I could eat rice. Wouldnt ask the chef about gf and eventually I did not eat.

As much as I wanted to be able to give a great review, I can't. I had the cauliflower crust which tasted great but I got very sick after eating it.

Lots of gluten friendly options. If you mention to the server that you are celiac, they will make a note on your order so that it is prepared safely. Ordered gf carbonara pizza, and everything was great.
