A must do in Madrid!!! The oldest restaurant in the world. The specialty is suckling pig with potatoes- all gluten free. The staff was knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. Happily provided gluten free bread with excellent jamón ibérico. Excellent service and dining experience!
