I asked the waitress what was gluten free and she said "only the steaks." Extremely limited options and she stated the mashed potatoes and grits had gluten in them, but when I asked for more details, she was unable to provide a rationale or explain HOW mashed potatoes can have gluten in them.

I would recommend staying away from here if you are Celiac.

I’ve been celiac for 10 years and there were so many things on the menu that should have been gluten free (enchiladas verdes, shrimp and grits, etc.). Only options (as usual) we’re steaks and plain fish. Disappointing.

Daryl and Roger were my servers. I am gluten and dairy free, they were very knowledgeable about the menu. I had grilled chicken with housemade chimichurri sauce and grilled veggies. Absolutely delicious!

Wonderful experience here. While the menu doesn’t specify anything that is GF, our waiter knew what could or could not be modified. I have celiac and a dairy allergy and our waiter was able to tell me off the top of her head that the dish I wanted could be done GF but had dairy in it so she suggested the modifications to me and I went for it. Their table side guac is a MUST as well as their piña coladas. I don’t eat meat either so I opted for the wild field mushrooms with GF & DF modifications. I can’t wait to go back!!!!

Stopped here for lunch. My waiter was happy to help identify small substitutions (without upcharge) to the lunch special to make sure it was GF. Really excellent meal! The lunch menu also seems to have a good number of salads and GF tex mex options.

Food was good but when i sat down server wasn’t knowledgeable, had to go back to kitchen several times and ultimately i only had 2 choices he said i could enjoy. I guess others may have had a more cooperative waiter. Best part of the meal were the prickly pear margaritas. My family enjoyed the regular menu very much.

When I called I was informed they could prepare any of their steaks GF. When I arrived waiter confirmed tortilla chips were GF so I could enjoy their amazing guacamole. They modified their TX Filet of Sirloin & Frites by subbing fried items with roasted potatoes & tomatoes. Meal was delicious & I felt fine afterwards. I was impressed with how the staff helped me out.

I was informed that corn contains gluten, and I could just order fish without any toppings. Ugh. I wound up getting the tuna with a tomato chutney on top, and it was quite delicious, and perfectly cooked. I had mashed potatoes instead of the potato cake, and they served it with a sauce that may or may not have been gluten free. I steered clear of everything the sauce touched, and I seem to be ok.

The menu did not list GF items. The waiter didn't know if certain items were GF and just said "We'll, you can just get a steak. We make thousands of dishes a day so we can't guarantee no cross contamination."

Waitress acted like I was a pain for asking for gluten free options, including letting me know "the menu is gluten free if you want to eat that". I would have got up and walked out of it wasn't a business dinner. I ended up eating the chicken without the normal gluten-containing seasoning. I asked what sides I could have and was told the only one was spinach. I asked if there was anything else and she said everything else was prepared in advance and wasn't gluten free. The food came out with vegetables (onions/squash/etc) and she told me it was gluten free. Is it? Isn't it? We'll find out. It sounds like others have had great experiences here but I would pick somewhere else if you don't want to gamble.

Had a great lunch here. No gf menu, but our waiter was very knowledge and the food was wonderful!

I was nervous about dining at this restaurant because I couldn't find a gluten free menu online. I contacted the manager (Andreas) and he kindly encouraged me to try out the place and ask for him when I arrived. I am VERY glad I did. Andreas took wonderful care of me and told me his kitchen staff are trained and very experienced in handling food allergies and sensitivities. He told me he had a waitress all picked out for me and sent her my way. She was the perfect waitress because her food allergies were more comprehensive than mine. She knew exactly what to offer as options and even recommended her favorite dish. I was stunned at how awesome the service was and the high quality food I received. It was delicious. I would love to go back and eat there again on my next visit!
