The gluten free crust is GREAT! Though it only comes in a 14 inch pizza, so you may need more than one. The employees were so understanding and changed their gloves before making my pizza. Though there is cross contamination due to using the same oven for all the pizzas I didn't get sick. Highly recommend this!

The use GF Bistro's crust which is great. Toppings are yummy but they don't have a separate brick oven to cook in, nor do they use different utensils or surfaces so there is definitely cross contamination. Not for highly sensitive or celiac.
