We came here while on a road trip - they were great! They confirmed all of our questions with the kitchen. Once my husband (celiac) ordered, they came out to let us know the cleaning procedures they had taken before making his food. The owner also came out to talk with us, giving us a heads up on the contamination risk but again reiterating what they were doing.
The staff checked on us multiple times - great service. My husband had the brisket hash, no pancakes (Easter Brunch menu so maybe not always available.)

Meats and sauces all GF. I had the coleslaw too and didn’t have any problems. The ribs are delicious!! They do not have GF bread so might want to bring your own if staying in. I did take-out, so it worked great. The girl said they do not have a designated fryer, so I didn’t get fries.
