Tried while we were in town and appreciated having a safe options, unfortunately the food just wasn’t good. My husband and I usually love any vegetable at bowl chains, but the Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli were inedible. It seemed like maybe they had been sitting there for a while so that may have been why. There were bones in my husbands chicken too. The only positive were the green beans and ahi tuna. Bolay and fresh kitchen are far better in terms of taste. Probably the first fully gluten free restaurant we haven’t liked.

I ordered the Athlete Bowl and every item used in this bowl is a standout alone but put them all together and it is phenomenal. For instance the broccoli as well as the asparagus is seasoned and cooked perfectly. I would eat a huge bowl of each of these!!!!! The steak and the Peruvian chicken has been marinated and the flavor is on point!!! It was so good that I could not eat it fast enough so I had to tell myself to slow down to really savor the whole experience. Also, the portion of this bowl is very large. They do not skimp on any of the ingredients that are put in this bowl.

Everything is gluten free!! So happy to have this restaurant in the area. I’ve eaten here a few times now and have never gotten sick. Staff is knowledgeable about food allergies- they even informed me that the kale salad had nuts in it even though I don’t have an issue with those. The snickerdoodle cookies are amazing.

This place is AMAZING! 100% GF and so many different combinations to try! You can build your own bowl or they have 4 combos already put together to choose from. The staff was friendly, decor is cute and bright, and the place was busy on Saturday afternoon when I went in there. I will definitely be back!

They just had their grand opening, and I was able to give them a try during the same week. Super friendly staff, but more importantly,,,,,,, it’s a dedicated gluten free facility that offers a lot of options in the form of healthy bowls. We now have a place to eat dinner on those nights we just don’t have the energy! Dedicated gluten free and dinner usually never go hand and hand, but now I have a safe option that we can go to for a bite to eat with friends and family. If you’re in the area give them a try! Since our area lost three safe locations that offered dedicated gluten free over the past year or two let’s give them our support.
