Staff was knowledgeable about celiac, but be sure to ask questions. They do not have a dedicated fryer, so any fried items marked as GF on the menu may have cc. Be sure to emphasize celiac/gluten allergy when ordering. I ordered an entee marked GF. It was modified by the kitchen to remove the sweet plantains and sauce that contained gluten, so the GF description on the menu was not accurate. Felt fine after eating and would go back again.
They have a disclaimer on the bottom of the menu that they can’t absolutely guarantee zero CC for celiacs. But we had a delicious meal, and I had zero reaction. Great live show, too!
