Bravo Pizza of Concord

Employees knew about cross contamination. Pizza was cooked in a disposable aluminum tray that was kept with the pizza. They even provided a disposable cutter labeled "gluten free" that I washed to keep because it was pretty decent.

Pizza was also pretty tasty, albeit a bit floury.
