Brazza Steaks on Stakes - Carne en Vara

I'm not sure if things changed since the last reviewer... They repeated multiple times that all of the arepas were gluten free. However... The arepas are fried. I am kicking myself for not being clear in asking if other things are fried in the same frier. I got two arepas and they were delicious, but I am not having a good time this morning.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

They have gluten free meats and arepas here. Many things are dairy free as well. The fryer is not dedicated gluten free, so avoid fried. The shredded beef arepa was so delicious!
