Nice “sandwich” type shop that is as its name states- breadless. It’s 100% gf, and was 100% tasty too. The greens they use to wrap the fillings are sturdy and give a nice crunch.

I can’t say enough good things about Breadless! Just went here today and loved the experience. It was pretty fast for made to order food. I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap and my mom got the braised beef and goat cheese bowl and both were so delicious. We also tried both the cucumber and pomegranate agua frescas and would’ve loved to take a gallon of each home lol. The only thing I don’t think tasted great was the bagged BBQ chips but that’s clearly a personal preference thing and had nothing to do with experiencing a reaction or anything. Definitely will be a repeat visitor!

Breadless is so good! I got one of the salad bowls and the amount of options to add to the bowl was impressive. It took me forever to choose! The dressings were tasty. And everything seemed very fresh and healthy.

Loved this place, really wish we had one in my city! I had the pastrami wrap, and my husband (who is not gluten free) had the braised beef and goat cheese bowl. We both loved what we ordered, and what the other person ordered. Not only is it all gluten free and healthy, but so flavorful and a joy to eat!

I have been skeptical about Breadless since it opened - I’ve had some pretty lame “sub-bread-for-lettuce” sandwich alternatives, BUT I finally tried it and wow was I impressed. I had the Rueben with a side of carrot chips and an oatmeal cookie. While the carrot chips were a little TOO crunchy, I was wildly impressed. SO GOOD. Looking forward to making this a staple restaurant whenever I visit Detroit.

Great place for food on the go. I ordered delivery and unfortunately it was incorrect but I called and they made everything right and it was very good. I’d eat here again when in Detroit.

100% gluten free restaurant with delicious and fresh food and a friendly staff! My hubby, who follows a low carb diet, was happy too. I got a “sandwich”, he got a warm bowl. The pomegranate iced tea and the brownie were yummy as well.

I'll be honest: I was skeptical. I wasn't convinced that greens instead of bread would be satisfying. Boy was I wrong! I'm celiac and my husband is not. We went for lunch a couple weeks ago and we were both so blown away that we got a carryout for dinner that same day snd we had it again this past weekend. Both the wraps and bowls are filling and I love that they use whole ingredients. And don't forget to get their tea. I daydream about the pomegranate tea and jerk chicken wrap.

Super fresh and flavorful. 100% GF restaurant. We had the pastrami and the What The Kale sandwich wraps and a green matcha punch. Wish we had a Breadless back home! I hope they thrive because I'll definitely come back.

I came here because I heard it was 100% gluten free. The ingredients they use for the sandwiches are naturally gluten free from what it sounded like (it’s just veggies, meat, & cheese) but when I got there, the employees had absolutely no idea how to confirm that the sauces are also gluten free. They just started guessing what the sauces were made of. For a reportedly dedicated facility, I expected that they’d have more confidence in stating that everything was celiac safe..but I guess the workers were just not fully knowledgeable about allergens. Anyway, I got a sandwich. It was really light and healthy and I didn’t feel any pain so I’m sure it was safe (I’m pretty sensitive). They just need better marketing & employee confidence if this place truly is a dedicated gluten-free space. It’s not something to be hesitant about lol

Incredible to finally have a place in Detroit that has healthy options that I can eat on-the-go and that are actually full of flavor! I loved their sandwiches, bowls, the pomegranate green tea, and even their chips were great. It's also a huge bonus that everything on the menu is 100% gluten-free and low-carb since they use leafy super greens instead of bread — I’m the one always taking the bread off my food at other places!
