Waiters were very accommodating with the gluten sensitivity.

We went to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday for brunch. I thought chilaquiles could be modified to work or a bacon wrapped quail would be okay. Neither could be modified in a meaningful way (note: I am also dairy free) The waiter was not very problem solving oriented. I ended up with two scrambled eggs, bacon, ranchero sauce, and guacamole instead. My father in law had the totally incorrect meal delivered. And it took us two hours just to get this disappointing food. Would expect somewhere this high end to be better at accommodating. Very disappointed and will not be back.

The waitress was very attentive to our need for gluten free and knew many items which were gluten free. We asked about another item and she made sure to check. The food was outstanding (I got a filet and my mom got chicken, both with mashed potatoes). Felt certain that the waitress would make sure the the kitchen knew gluten was an issue.

I informed the waiter that I have celiac disease and he immediately knew what was and wasn’t safe, and asked the chef if he was unsure. The filet mignon was to die for and the brussel sprouts and creme brûlée were amazing! Highly recommend this restaurant.
