Cauliflower crust is great. I’m newly gluten free and can’t tell if I like their original crust or the cauliflower one better. It’s thin with a crisp edge but not cracker thin in the middle. Unsure of cross contamination.

My son orders the gf crust pizza and says it's the best gf crust he's had. He has never gotten sick from eating at Brenz and the pizza is great.

Finally I found a thick-crust pizza nearby! My husband ordered and actually talked with the staff, but they seemed knowledgeable enough that I was willing to try.
So. Good!
I had the Rustic gluten free and zero reaction. The rest of my family (incl. kids) liked their regular pizzas too. One reported the sausage was spicier than other places, but still good.
