The GF bun on my burger was amazing, soft and fresh; definitely not an Udi's bun like you get so many places (not sure about Durango, but Udi's is what I get 99% of the time in Albuquerque). Then my garlic mashed potatoes and chicken gravy were made with rice flour, and were amazing as well. I didn't see any cider on tap, but I wanted a microbrew (I have IBS not celiac); however, I did glance at their cocktail menu and it looked pretty good.
