We read the reviews and decided to try for our 9yo celiac daughter. We carry our Nima every time we try a new place. Our waitress did not seem familiar with processes for gluten free food prep although she did her absolute best and spoke to kitchen staff. We ordered a cheese pizza with GF crust and discussed changing gloves, utensils, prep area, etc. The Nima came back with gluten found within two minutes. I have no doubt that an effort was made but we will not take a chance eating there again. They were very sorry and did not charge us for the pizza! Great service and food, just not for a celiac.

Our server was amazing! She was very honest about some things she wasn’t sure about. We asked about the chili and she said that she would stay away from that option because the kitchen adds a lot of different ingredients and it all depends on the cook of the day. She guided us to for sure safe options. They have gluten free buns and bread.

The gluten free bun is fluffy and exactly what you'd hope for in a bun. The gluten free beer that's available plays so well with their garlic fries! can't wait to visit again!

Pretty much the only place we go on Visalia. Great service, awesome food. Lettuce wraps, gf bread, and pizza crust... you won't be disappointed! Yum!!
