Idk where the last review came from but I was told the wings and fried chicken were not gluten free. I got a burger on a gf bun and fries. Everything tasted fine, nothing super special. But I started feeling funky shortly after I was done eating, so I’m quite sure I got cross-contaminated. I probably won’t be coming back here.

Almost everything can be made gluten free. Everything that is breaded is gluten free(!!), they have gluten free buns, all the cauliflower wings and chicken wings, and pizza crust. They have a handful of gluten free ciders. The Cluck Noris sandwich does not disappoint! (~$20/meal JFYI)

Gluten-Free Substitutions are available. Ie Non-Gluten containing. ‘NGC’ Breakfast was:

AVOCADO & SOURDOUGH Smashed avocado, cayenne corn (cooked from scratch) tomato salsa, fresh basil & pasture raised poached eggs, toasted sourdough (replaced by GF burger bun)

Full English you would have to substitute Sausage, Beans, Black Pudding, Toast so there’s not much left on the plate tbh.

Pretty disappointed as a Celiac after my visit yesterday.

The ciders on offer aren't gluten-free (I asked.) There are no gluten-free beers so you're left with wine or $20 cocktails as an option. I ended up ordering a club soda with lime when the cider wasn't an option. I was given a 6.8 ounce bottle of club soda for $5.42. That's an absurd price and even more absurd that they don't have a soda gun.

The menu says that certain dishes can be made gluten-free but none of them are actually marked on the menu to give you an idea of what your options might be.

Do business owners ever think that people with an autoimmune disease might get sick of having to explain their disease to a waiter? That it's not an enjoyable experience to have a waiter run to the kitchen to ask the chef (who may be busy) to explain to him what can be made gluten-free so that the can then run back to rattle off the options to the customer? I'm 3 years into my diagnosis and I'm over it. I don't want to wait 20 minutes after everyone else orders to find out what / if I can order. I'm definitely annoyed if I ask and find out it's not actually gluten-free because it's cooked in the same fryer or same pot of water with the same colander as gluten foods. I'm definitely going to be annoyed if it's a bunless burger with no sides. I didn't want to deal with it so I ordered no food.

The seating area is nice and they have a cool outdoor patio. For a Sunday game 7 for VGK vs Dallas Stars, the place wasn't busy at all. The entire downstairs was also closed (we asked if we could sit at the downstairs bar when we got off on the first floor of Brewdog, but the hostess told us no & that we had to go up another flight.)

Seems weird that the place was so empty on a weekend. Perhaps more people would come if they had reasonable prices rather than steakhouse prices like $52 lobster mac and cheese, $42 fried chicken and $75 rib eyes at a sports bar.

I got glutened here and the staff was not forthcoming (rather blasé actually) when I asked about ingredients after I realized what happened so I could narrow down what caused it. The servers are also not trained well in this (granted, mine lied about confirming with the kitchen). When I’ve gone there previously, I was told their chicken tenders were gluten free and that I could have the Buffalo loaded fries. On my last trip, I double checked with the server before I got that.

I also ordered a margarita- now stupidly this one’s on me because it tasted like a marg mix (and is my primary suspect for the glutening), but management lied about it being made from scratch anyway. The menu is also simply not transparent about what is/isn’t/can be made GF.

Anyway it’s been 8 days of agony, no plans to return any time soon.
