It was wonderful to have lots of gluten free beer options. They add an enzyme to all beers to make them gluten free so almost entire menu is safe to try! I loved the IPA.

So here's the thing, you can't "de-glutenize" beer. If we could de-glutenize wheat, we'd do it for bread and everything else. It's good but if you're celiac, you will get sick. There isn't a gluten free food menu, but the sausage plate is GF. Get the curry sauce, trust me it's a German classic.

Loved the GF beers, have experienced no adverse effects so far!

Finally gluten free beer in several varieties. This bar lets you bring in your own food because they really don't serve more than a few snacks. Get a flight. Wonderful to have a stout or porter again.

The only microbrewery I know of that specialises in deglutinized beer. Excellent beer by anyone's standard. Now all they need is a good gluten free menu and it will be like you died and went to heaven.
