No gluten free options labeled- had to go off own knowledge. No gluten free bread/buns. Had an omelet but sick within 30 minutes. Not confident about cross contamination and waitress was not knowledgeable regarding wheat ingredients or celiac.

2019 - we continue to come back here. We’ve had knowledgeable staff willing to go the extra mile. I had eggs Benedict but on cheese grits and it was so good.
2017 Menu marked with gf items. All were egg/omelet items. No breakfast potatos, fries are not in a dedicated fryer.
Grits/cheese grits are gf. Food was good!

Passing through Mobile, we hit up Brick & Spoon after seeing on this app. Their menu doesn’t have many gf options, but what they offer is much better than most places. I had the shrimp and avocado salad (to die for!) The service was great. Our waitress was honest about what she didn’t know regarding salad dressing, and offered to find out. I had my own, so I said not to worry about it. After our meal, Sean, the general manager, came to check on us. As it turns out, he also has Celiac Disease. Given the service, atmosphere, personal attention, serious consideration of my needs, and the quality of the food, I give 5 stars. I’d give more if I could.
