They cook GF pizza without any precautions. Pizzas are cooked in the same oven with no tray. Cannot eat here if Celiac.

Very nice experience. The GF pizza crust is brought in frozen but is made in shared space, so not completely safe. My bun-less cheeseburger was great, tho, and our wonderful server found a small bag of chips instead of the usual pile of chips on the plate. I'm saying celiac safe because they were so accommodating and the food is sitting well, but definitely ask questions!

I got it delivered so maybe it would be different if I had gotten it there but it was definitely not celiac friendly :( Amazing crust though, it so chewy and the pizza was really good.

The Brick has had tasty GF pizza crusts for many years and a well stocked salad bar. We have always had a good experience with eating here.
