The kitchen is run by 1823 Bakehouse, and they have 100% Gluten Free kitchen in both locations. Brickhouse does have Non-Gluten-Free items, but they are brought in from other businesses, so there is no cross contamination.

This is a coffee shop, first off. They are not a full restaraunt but they have limited options stored in their fridge which you can ask for and they provide a microwave for reheating. The Maple Spice latte is phenomenal. I had the vegetarian black bean and lentil soup which was great. Ot had a small kick to it, but I like spice. I was pleased to see an assortment of gluten free muffins, cookies, chips, and banana bread by the register. They get goods from the 1823 Bakery, which is a dedicated Gluten Free facility. They're all individually wrapped, so no threat of cross contamination. All lattes can be made vegan.
