gluten free buns are available. I had a bacon egg sandwich and I was very very sick all night and the next day. I have celiac and I assume this place is not celiac safe. fine for gluten sensitives I would think.

They offer four items that are labeled gluten free: French toast, fried egg sandwich, scrambled melt sandwich and a healthy veggie omelet. I'm sure they could substitute bread in other sandwiches or breakfast items, with the gluten free bread they have, but I didn't ask.
