Oats are in desserts. All beer is gluten. They won't carry the locally made celiac safe Burning Bros. Beer, and no gf hard ciders, but they carry multiple gluten beers. Manager didn't seem to understand my question if the salmon is wild caught (farm raised fish is a source of CC) They were clearly annoyed with me asking questions and ended up charging me double at her mistake. I felt unwelcome to be a safe celiac here. They also don't know how to cut vegetables and the veg all tastes like water. Maybe they are salt free...

amazing, what a treat! I tried many of the GF restaurants around the Minneapolis area and this was one of my favorites! The GF Focaccia was fantastic, I had the Chipotle Chicken sandwich and my friend had the Bouijee Benedict. We both agreed it was some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. The staff are so kind and we loved the atmosphere. Very welcoming :) it’s a must go!

Everything is Gluten free and there are dairy free options however the food is lacking in flavor and has been inconsistent in quality. IMO the price is not worth it, just very bland uninspiring rice bowls, and some okay but dry sandwiches. The bread they use is the focaccia from Sift GF bakery. Also the vibe in here is incredibly stuffy, in a WASPY way, not a relaxing place to hang out.

BEST restaurant in the twin cities. I love this place. Favorite restaurant in the cities by far! I always get the pesto chicken mozzarella sandwich, and I stop for banana bread whenever I walk past. Everything is 10/10

Whole menu is gf, the focaccia and desserts are great, but the food is rather bland. Do not get the chicken, it was rubber. But great spot for a quick snack or sweet

Brim was SO good! I ordered the seared salmon & dill bowl and it was amazing. The salmon was incredible, cooked and seasoned to perfection. The fermented veggies were awesome. I was so pleased when I saw the dill dressing was df because I’m also allergic to dairy. I ordered curbside pickup and the parking spots were full, I thought I wouldn’t be seen because I was way past the restaurant but someone ran it out to me pretty much as soon as I had parked not even in the curbside parking spot, so they were super on top of it and had to of been watching for my vehicle (I gave them color and make and model). Stellar service and quality.

Dedicated gluten free. Delicious food. Good portion size. Great location overlooking the lake. I have eaten here several times and always a wonderful experience. I had a seared salmon dill bowl with Red Lake wild rice and pickled cabbage beets and greens. Highly recommended.

Amazing food - all fresh, organic, local, probably some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. I had the market chicken bowl and it was amazing. Their sangria was really good, and their focaccia and pesto appetizer was delicious, and the focaccia bread comes from Sift gluten-free bakery in Minneapolis. I highly highly recommend this restaurant! Everything on the menu is gluten-free. I personally don’t eat quinoa because it can show up the same way in the body as gluten, but still, everything is gluten free. It was a really positive atmosphere and a really delicious meal. I highly recommend it.

The online order pickup process had some flaws (no actual, dedicated parking space; the fact that no one brought it out and we had to go back inside to get it even though they knew we were waiting). We ended up with two of the same soup instead of one of each, and the sandwiches and bowls had ingredients not listed in the descriptions (onions, jalapenos…) I think we’ll stick with breakfast foods in future. But no Celiac-related issues.

I went here because I wanted to try the sandwich on Sift Focaccia. My sandwich was delicious! My friend had one of their bowls and she liked her meal too. I had an almond butter chocolate cherry cookie for dessert - gluten free and dairy free. It was delicious also. I drank a Burning Brothers Pyro with my meal. We sat on the patio and could see Bde Maka Ska. A perfect evening.

Brim was a true blessing during my work trip to Minneapolis. I ended up dining in once, ordering delivery twice, and picking up once. I tried several things and I think my favorite was the Chicken Mercado Bowl. I liked the sandwiches too (especially the pesto chicken mozz) but the bread does crumble a bit, so have a napkin available. They deliver to downtown Minneapolis but if you have a little bit of time I do recommend checking out their cute physical location!

Fresh and tasty food. Bowls were nicely flavored and loved the focaccia used on the sandwiches. Location is beautiful looking out at the lake. We went twice during our trip! 100% GF everything (except beer). Highly recommend!

I brought 5 teenagers here for lunch. The each completely loved their meal. Outstanding food great service. The blonde lady took extra time with us and explained things. We ate everything from the salmon bowl, smoothly bowl, loaded avocado toast was Devine! Coffee and drinks were made with love. Thank you ! We will be back.

One of the owners has Celiac as did the staff person who took our order. Everything was amazingly delicious and prepared with foodie-level care. Casual place with hip decor. The outdoor patio had a view of the lake and is dog-friendly. In short, five stars: wonderful location and atmosphere, fantastic food and Celiac safe!

YUM! I was diagnosed with celiac in March 2021 and have been avoiding going out to eat. I went to Brim for dinner last night and it was delicious! All ingredients are GF and lots of DF options listed as well. I had the focaccia bread that’s from SIFT and I had the dill salmon bowl. When I spoke to the staff she said that the only gluten in house is the beer. I would double check the teas/NA drinks if you are GF/Celiac. 10/10 and plan to go back soon to try out their brunch!

Excellent restaurant! I have celiac disease, and I felt great after. We shared the chimichurri beef and chicken pesto sandwich. I also had a mimosa. Everything was delicious! We are from out-of-town, but we will definitely be back!

Really good brunch! Flavors were delectable. The staff was very conscientious for both gluten and germs. We all felt very safe and plan to return many times!!

Gorgeous sun filled space. Great location. Dedicated GF space. Espresso machine was broken and they couldn’t find their corn tortillas for our order. What we ate was delicious.
