Had a decent variety of options, but the gluten free noodles were not my favorite at all. Not many options in the casino for gluten free, so if desperate for something this is your place to go.

Delicious food! Items marked on menu that can be made GF. Asked server if GF pasta cooked separately from other pasta and it is. Only have GF rotini though. I ordered the Grilled Salmon Fresca and it was delicious. There were 6 adults in our group and I was only GF. Everyone got something different from the menu and all cleaned their plates. Our server Kat was wonderful and knowledgeable about GF items. Highly recommend!

We had amazing service sand the food was delicious! Our waiter checked with the chefs several times about certain items on the menu and even did a Google search himself before bringing me steak sauce! I was very impressed with the care shown.

The food was outstanding but the service was a joke. We had Miranda and she came super infrequently, couldn’t answer any questions- I had to get the host to ask the kitchen questions that I had....but they have GF pasta and it’s delicious.

Maybe it’s due to COVID-19 that they had 90% of the gluten free menu crossed out...so I had a grand total of 4 options for food on the entire menu. I got the pasta brio and it wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. The waiter was awful though. Took forever to get to order and on top of that he kept looking around in a panic even though they weren’t very busy at all? 😂

The bartender was very knowledgeable and helpful to me with both food and drinks. For the martini that I wanted, she even gave me all of the bottles that contained the ingredients for the drink so I could read them. The food was delicious as well.
Food was excellent Salmon roasted potatoes and spinach. Nicely seasoned no reactions and I am very sensitive. Staff took my request seriously
I had the GF pasta carbonara and thought it was really good. I did not get sick and I have celiac disease
The food was cold on top and hot on bottom, like it was microwaved. The food had no flavor and the salmon and pasta were both over cooked. They did have a gluten menu but all the food we ate was awful.
Yes
DO NOT eat here if you have celiac disease! The fact that there is a GF menu is misleading. Staff knows nothing about GF, what it means, how to order it or prepare it, and also do nothing to help with the process. I was given attitude because of my special needs ( despite going at a slow time: 4pm), offering to speak with the chef or to educate these people. The worst dining out experience I've ever had.
Gluten Friendly Menu available
I worked here briefly. None of the "gluten free" options are safe. All of the "gluten free" pasta is cooked in the same water at the same time as the gluten pasta. The cook uses the same spatula all night on all dishes, so even the risotto is contaminated. There are no special protocols for gluten free meals at all, even if it is an allergy. Additionally, servers are supposed to know which items are gluten free/dairy free/peanut free and they just take a guess. I sent people away who asked for gluten free due to an allergy or Celiac because I knew nothing from the kitchen here was safe. As a Celicac, I never ate anything from the kitchen. The management will insist that their gluten free options are indeed gluten free because they don't know what gluten is. The grilled chicken is okay unless the grill cook uses the pasta spatula to flip it, which he often does. Even the strawberry salad uses contaminated candied pecans.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never been disappointed with the many options on the menu. The wait staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

My daughter worked here, they cook the GF pasta in the same water as regular pasta. Avoid if you're serious about GF.

I ate dinner here and had no issue. The server was very knowledgeable about what is GF. I ordered a salad that was delicious. While I would have liked to enjoy something more than the salad I wasn’t very hungry. I will definitely return when I’m hungrier and try a different GF meal. Just note that Brio is expensive and that ordering an item with a diamond next to indicates it can be made gluten free. So you need to really speak up to the server and make sure they understand if you have Celiac.
