Spoke to the chef and he was very aware of Celiacs need to be careful with cross contamination. He Cautioned us against the breakfast potatoes due to small amount of wheat flour used on them. He uses Rudi's gluten free bread for toast and cooks it away on a separate grill. Had range free eggs with toast and bacon and no reactions!
Great selection of GF items in the grocery section. We had breakfast at the cafe and were disappointed there was no GF bread available, considering they carry Rudi's breads in the adjacent grocery. Lunch offered some addl GF items. Prices in both area were very reasonable.
